What is Chroma?
Chroma is your account and profile for the Chroma network: sign in once, then use portal apps like Cloud, Utilities, and Watch as they roll out to your plan.
What are Chroma+ and Ultra?
Chroma+ and Ultra are paid tiers that unlock more storage, utilities, and premium features. Pricing appears on the home page when Stripe checkout is configured for your environment.
Where do Chroma Utilities run?
Many utilities (PDF, images, QR, data helpers) run entirely in your browser so files are not uploaded to Chroma for those flows. Other tools will connect to backend services as they launch.
I am signed in—how do I see the marketing home again?
Open the Home link in the sidebar (or visit /home). The root URL / still sends signed-in users to the portal for a fast path into the app.
How do I get help?
Email us at the address on our Contact page (same details as the Privacy Policy footer), read the FAQ, or after you sign in use Support in the app sidebar. For account recovery, use the flows linked from the login page.
